Apart from it being my favourite animal it has tremendous qualities which I will share with you progressively over the coming weeks and months.
The quality that stands out the most in my opinion is the Bison’s ability to face a storm head-on by running into it, having ‘calculated’ that it will speed up the process of exiting the storm, rather than running away or hunkering down!
In business my approach is very similar. I am very much about tackling challenges head-on and approaching from a different angle if necessary.
